Inspections

WinTen²⁺ Program Version: 1.7.15.5

Requirement

1. We have updated HUD form 52580 to the latest version released by HUD. (Case 15581)

Enhancement

1. We have enhanced Section 8 Inspections to allow scheduling inspections every year, instead of every two years. If your agency wants to conduct Section 8 inspections annually, please contact Tenmast Support. (Case 18487)

Bug Reports

1. Public Housing inspections were being scheduled every two years, incorrectly, instead of every year. This has been corrected. (Case 18487)
2. The Next Inspection Date for Section 8 Inspections was being updated, incorrectly, based on completing any inspection. This has been corrected, so that the Next Inspection Date is updated by an Initial Inspection only. (Case 18796)

Occupancy and Rent Calculation

Requirement

1. We have updated HUD form 52517 to the latest version released by HUD. (Case 15575)

Bug Reports

1. Utility allowances for overhoused tenants were calculating, incorrectly, based on the unit's bedroom size, instead of the smaller voucher size. This has been corrected. (Case 19170)
2. We have corrected two issues with passbook interest rates of less than .1%: These rates were printing on form 50059 as .1%, and calculations using these rates were also rounding them up to .1%. (Case 17871)

Payroll

WinTen² Program Version: 2.1.3.2

Requirement

1. We have updated Form 941, Employer’s QUARTERLY Federal Tax Return, with its current 2015 date. (Cases 17350 and 19881)

Bug Report

1. The amount for Box 12 of the W-2 was sometimes blank for code DD. This has been corrected. (Case 18206)

Section 8 Tenant and Landlord

WinTen² Program Version: 1.26.16.0

Requirement

1. We have updated HUD forms 52641, 52646, 52665, and 52667 to the latest versions released by HUD. (Cases 15585, 15588, 18925, and 19209)

Bug Report

1. The RADPH Special Program code was unavailable for Section 8 Tenant and Landlord. This has been corrected. (Case 15916)
